From Newark, NJ :

1. Get onto NJ Turnpike heading south.
2. Follow the turnpike south for about 100 miles.
3. The end of the turnpike merges into I295 follow I295 South over the Delaware Memorial Bridge .  There will be two toll plazas in this section.  One for the end of the turnpike and one for the DE Mem. Bridge.  The Bidge toll is only in the southbound direction.  If memory serves me correct there are EZ Pass lanes at both.
4. I295 merges into I95.  Stay left and follow the signs toward I95 South.  After the North/South Split get into the left lane and take the Rt. 141 North exit (#5) toward Newport/Lancaster, this is a left exit ramp. 

Note:  The exit ramp is between 295 and 95 and you never actually get up to or onto I95 South.  If you miss this exit the easiest thing to do would be to proceed down I95 South till the service station which is in between the north and south bound lanes about 4 miles down, turn around and catch the 141N exit from the north bound side of I95.  The following exits may get you more lost since they are not straight forward on/off clover type intersections.

5. Follow Rt. 141 North for about 3 miles.  Take the Rt. 2(Kirkwood Highway) East exit toward Newark . 
6. Stay in the right hand Lane.  After you pass the troop 6 (State Police Station – Blue cruisers) Take a right turn at the next intersection onto Newport Gap Pike. 
7. Follow Newport Gap Pike for a little more than 3 miles.  Newport Gap Pike merges with Lancaster Pike ( Rt. 41 ).  Follow through the merge and continue onto Lancaster Pike ( Rt. 41 ).
8. Follow Lancaster Pike for 0.6 miles.  After passing the Sanford School and Sanford Ridge neighborhood on your left, watch for Hockessin Montessori School sign on left. Turn LEFT at signs for Hockessin Montessori School . If you reach traffic light at Brackenville Rdyou have gone too far.  The drive for the school is one direction.  Follow the drive around back to the parking area.  You will see the Turf Field down a hill before you get to the parking area.
