 INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (August 13, 2008) - Play in the 2008 National Cup Finals came to a close on Sunday, August 10 as teams in the Men’s and Women’s Open, Amateur, Over 30 and U23 divisions competed for the national title at the Starfire Sports Complex in Seattle, Washington. Thirty-two teams opened up play in Friday’s semifinals (August 8) where only half advanced to the final round.
Day one of National Cup Finals comes to a close
TUKWILA, Washington (August 8, 2008) - A full day of action was held at the Starfire Sports Complex, as thirty-two teams played semifinals in the men’s and women’s Open, Amateur, Over 30 and U23 divisions. The field was narrowed down to sixteen teams which will compete for the national title during the weekend.

 INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (August 6, 2008) - For the third consecutive year, t he United States Adult Soccer Association, the governing body of adult soccer in the U.S., will webcast two championship games from its upcoming National Cup Finals 2008. The tournament, the biggest amateur soccer competition in the nation, will be held at the Starfire Sports Complex,
Seattle, WA, on August 8-10.
Region I crowns U23 Champions
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 14, 2008) - Region I Men’s and Women’s U23 Cup took place on the weekend of July 12-13 at the Ukrainian American Sports Center (Horsham, PA) and the United German Hungarian Club (Oakford, PA). The championship awarded regional entries to the USASA National Finals being held on August 7-10 in Seattle, Washington.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 27, 2008) - Region II Cups Finals will gather over thirty women’s and men’s teams throughout the weekend of June 27-29, 2008. The championship, being held at Lovers Lane Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky, will determine champions in the Under 23, Amateur, Over 30, and Open (only women’s) competitions.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 20, 2008) - On Sunday, June 22, Region I Cups Finals will be held at United German Hungarian Club, Oakford, Pennsylvania. Ten teams including men’s and women’s will travel to northern Philadelphia to play the regional tournament which is available in the Open, Amateur, and Over 30 divisions.
Region III - Under 23 Cup Finals to be held in Georgia
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 20, 2008) - Region III Men’s Under 23 Cup kicks off on June 20 and runs through Sunday, June 22, with participating teams from Florida, Georgia, Texas, and South Carolina. The regional tournament will take place at Georgia Soccer Park in East Point, GA. The winner will represent Region III at the National Cups Finals in August.
RWB Adria Shocks AAC Eagles 6-2

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 16, 2008) - It was a shocking win for RWB Adria after claiming the title over AAC Eagles with a 6-2 win (OT) on Saturday, June 14. The two Illinois teams met up at Chicago Academy Field to fight for the Region II Open Cup. RWB Adria advances to the USASA National Cups Finals being held in August, representing Region II.
Region II to Determine Open Cup Champion
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 13, 2008) - The final game between AAC Eagles and RWB Adria of the Region II Men’s Open Cup kicks off on Saturday, June 14. The rivals, both from the Chicago area, are slated for a 1:00 PM (C.T.) match at Chicago Academy Field, Chicago, IL. The team with the highest score advances to the National Finals.

 Oakford, PA (June 3, 2008) - In the Amateur Cup Region I Semifinal, the German Hungarians were defeated by the Baltimore Colts 5-0 in Baltimore.
Jon Ports scored three goals while Bill Whittington had two for the Colts who will play in the Region I Final at the United German Hungarian Club in Oakford, PA.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 19, 2008) - Region II Open Cup semifinals were played on Saturday, May 17th in the Metro Chicago area.
RWB Adria (Illinois) defeated Madison Princeton 56ers (Wisconsin) 2:0 at Farwell Field in Lake Forest College. While at Chicago Academy Soccer Field, Adria’s rival, AAC Eagles of Illinois captured a 2:1 win over Des Moines Menace Reserves (Iowa).
