Update -- The Region I Men’s U23 Final is set to kick off on July 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the Kirkwood Soccer Facility in New Castle, Delaware. The final between Baltimore Bays Chelsea (MD) and FC Delco (EPA) will determine the 2009 Region I Champion earning a ticket to the USASA National Finals in Orlando, July 24-26.
