The United States Adult Soccer Association is pleased to announce the awarding of its National Events for the upcoming years of 2009 and 2010.

The National Cups Finals, the Association’s most prestigious competition, will be held in Orlando, Florida in August, 2009. The following year, the tournament will head up north to the United German Hungarian Club in Oakford, Pennsylvania – only 30 minutes northeast of Philadelphia. Past locations have been Seattle, Washington (2008 & 2007); and Dallas, Texas (2006 & 2005).

After two years in picturesque Bellingham, Washington (2008 & 2007), the Veteran’s Cup will return to the East Coast, as the Association has chosen Massachusetts to host the tournament for 2009. Previous locations include Wilmington, North Carolina (2006 & 2005) and Hawaii (2004 & 2003).

In other news…

The USASA Midyear Meeting, an annual gathering staged by the Association, has been scheduled for October 9-13 in San Antonio, Texas (2008), and Phoenix, Arizona (2009).
