Registration, Fees and Entry Form

The entry fees to the coed national championships are as follows:

Early Bird:  $300 - Prior to August 15, 2008.
Regular Registration:  $375 - August 15 - 31, 2008.


The registration period is now open and will close on August 31, 2008. Teams will be permitted to have up to 25 registered players on their roster for the team and for each game.  Each division winner and runner-up will receive the national coed championship trophy and medals. 

Each team must submit a preliminary roster (of up to 25 players) by October 1, 2008.  Up to five roster changes will be allowed until October 16, 2008, at which point the team rosters will be frozen.  All players must be USASA affiliated players as of October 16, 2008.  All team rosters must be verified by the state association registrar or other authorized state association official.
