The United States Adult Soccer Association, USASA, established the Coed Cup in 1999 to provide a national competition for the coed soccer players in the United States. Teams are allowed to have 25 registered players on their roster for each game. Each division winner receives medals and the national championship trophy. The runners-up also receive medals and a trophy.
The 2008 Coed Cup will return back to Dallas, Texas, and will be held at the Russell Creek facility on October 24-26, 2008.

Coed Cup History:
The inaugural Coed Championship was held in late September 1999 in League City, Texas at the Sportsplex Soccer fields. The Sportsplex also hosted the second event in September 2000. In 2001 the third event moved to Plano, Texas, hosted by North Texas . The 2002 and 2003 championship, the fourth and fifth events, were held at the Hampton Roads Soccer Complex in Virginia Beach, Virginia in late August 2002 and 2003. The 2004 and 2005 events were held in late August at the New Mexico Soccer Complex, Albuquerque, NM. The event was temporarily postponed for 2006 and 2007.
