The priorities of Project Build USASA are as follows and are listed without regard to importance:

• To support long-term membership
• To promote membership where none previously existed
• To encourage re-affiliation by members who are no longer affiliated with USASA
• To support gender equity
• To encourage competition under the auspices of USASA
• To advance programs that will result in increased membership
